I had a slip and fall at my apt bldg the steps were cracked and uneven I went to Jake and he sat me down with his team and in a professional manner asked a series of questions about the incident  he then informed me he would take on my case and his team kept me updated as to what was going on and what was next.  He prepared me for my deposition with straight forward instruction to give short honest responses.  I received a settlement beyond my expectations to say the least.
