I first reached out to The Finkel Firm regarding an employment-related case, at a time when I was uncertain whether pursuing legal action was the right decision. I remember feeling so much anxiety and pain from what had happened—but from my very first call with Jake Finkel, the owner, I immediately felt a sense of reassurance. Jake was kind, understanding, and confident that his team could help me find a path toward resolution.

After taking some time to think, reading reviews, and reflecting on my conversation with Jake, I knew that if I was going to move forward, this was the firm I wanted by my side—and I’m so grateful I made that choice.

I was then assigned to the incredible Sheryl, the main attorney on my case. Sheryl is deeply knowledgeable, meticulous, and truly passionate about fighting for her clients’ rights. She took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answer my endless questions, and make sure I always understood what was happening. As someone completely new to the legal world, that patience and care meant the world to me.

The Finkel Firm is exceptional! They took on a very challenging case when others wouldn't. As I faced silencing and threats, they stepped in and I could breathe a sigh of relief. From start to finish, they provided exceptional legal representation and genuine support.

My attorney Gene Feldman was not only brilliant but has a heart of gold.  Edwin took care of every detail and they both provided amazing support throughout the entire case.  Ali, the “the closer” Ali was a phenomenal negotiator. They all took the time to understand my situation, fought tirelessly on my behalf, and achieved a very positive outcome. Not only did we prevail, but they validated my experience and gave me back my voice.

Jake Finkel is a man of high integrity who stood behind his promise to see this through to the end. He has put together a truly incredible team of individuals, each with a unique skillset which is what I think makes them different. The Finkel Firm is one of the most professional law firms I have worked with. Look no further if you have a legal issue, car accident, etc., I will be taking all my legal matters to the Finkel Firm from now on thank you Jake and Emmanuel. Unfortunately I had to seek the services of an attorney. After much research and reviews I called the Finkel Firm. I was not disappointed in my decision.  Sheryl Marks is wonderful.  She would very thoroughly explain to me what the laws are, she would go over several possibilities that could happen with my case. She prepared me for everything and then some! Jake Finkel is amazing also. He was very compassionate and thorough. I felt protected and comfortable with the two of them handling my case. I could tell that they truly cared about my outcome. It wasnt just about winning, it was about righting a wrong.

Atty. Eugene is truly a disability champion! From the very beginning, he encouraged me to fight for myself and for what is right. As someone going through their first lawsuit, I was nervous and unsure, but Edwin, his assistant, patiently explained every step of the process. Atty. Allison was also amazing—she fought hard for what I was entitled to and never backed down.

Finkel firm is truly amazing, they cared about my situation unlike other law firms who just pushed me aside or laughed at my situation they didn’t !!! They were on top of it no pumping the brakes at all!!! Jake and Sheryl are very kind people and beyond humble !! If you need someone to represent you please please 🙏 give them your business they will fight for you !!!! Best decision I could ever make !!! Guarantee I’m keeping them on lock if I ever need them again !!! Hands down thank guys so much !!! I know I forget some staff members I appreciate and apologize for the forgetting names !!!
